I'm a grad student with bipolar disorder, and I'm going to specialize in Disability Studies in Composition and Rhetoric, which is basically how to help students with mental illnesses succeed in college. I’m looking for the answer to two questions: 1.what could teachers, councillors, staff, parents and adults do to better support those who are being bullied in school, in the community or through cyber bullying? 3.What shouldn’t adults do when someone is being bullied as it is harmful or not productive?

So in other words, tell me all the do’s and don’ts in regards to how adults should intervene to help those being bullied and help prevent it.

Everything you say is anonymous but will help start to make positive changes in regards to how bullying is handled. As well REBLOG so I can get more feed back. I realize my blog doesn’t seem like the type to address this but I do assure you it will be anonymous and will help make steps towards change. I will respond to everyone and if you send me messages off anon I won’t publish. Everything will be addressed privately. I encourage you to not respond anonymously incase I have further questions.
