We are Introducing a new campaign, “Not A Label”. 

Anyone in the mental health realm knows how much stigma there is against it. There’s stigma on having a mental illness, and there’s a stigma on getting the help needed to battle mental illness. 

Society has it’s labels, they say people are, “crazy” or “messed up”. This campaign is to go against that, it’s all about finding who you truly are and not being identified as a mental disorder, or a “crazy” or as a “f*ck up” but as a person. You are a person. You are human. You are someone who matters. People will label you, and it’s up to you to rise above that label and be who you were meant to be. People aren’t perfect, and labels don’t mean anything. 

Are you a daughter? A son? A friend? A student? The point is that everyone can be these things and mental illness isn’t a label you should put on a person. 

So what are we asking from you? We would like you to submit a photo of you showing the true you! Showing who you are inside. You’re not a label, you are a person, and we want to see that! You can be featured on our site! Here are some examples:
