Okay so ther are many people who have amazing stories to tell and are willing to come out and say I am mentally ill and I am strong enough to beat it. These people are amazing and need to be show cased. These are a few mental illness blogs that I feel everyone should follow. I will list there URL and a bit about why I have grown to love them.

Now leslie is on strong girl. If you go to her page it tells you about her struggles with mental illness but the things I find outstounding about her is you see her struggle but you see her work through it. She is strong and a role model.

This site is amazing as it show cases people who are just like everyone else and it shows a photo of them as well as lists their mental illnesses It is remarkable what is being done and i recomend you follow this blog.

This blog is great because at those times when you can not see the light you need someone else to tell you that its there. I know all of us go through times of troubles and times where we hurt but we need to find ways to remind ourselves that it will be okay and thats why I like this blog because it is not supporting your bad habits it is telling you reasons why it will help you to get better. We all need that.

This sit is a beautiful one for those of you who struggle with an ED. This story really gives you hope that there are others out there who car about you. I really hope that all you guys and gals out there with an ED will follow this blog instead of another ProMia ProThinspo and ProAna blog. Stay strong and recover.

This is a wonderful blog for those of who who often feel alone, depressed, suicidal and wanting to go through with the act of suicide. Of course if you believe you are going to go through with the act you should go to the ER right away or tell someone who can get you the right help. But for those of you who just need support to keep living not an intervention this is the site for you.

This is a great person to talk to if ever you are in need of help. Talk to her, ask for advice, rant, ramble anything you need. there are so many people out there who care about you and want to help you survive. You can make it please just reach out and talk to someone like the beautiful lady who runs this blog. Recovery is possible, let her help.1-866-439–4253
